Reviews

What groups say when the clock stops.

Escaped, barely escaped, or beaten by the room — these are the three we hear most often.

★★★★★

We did the Bank Heist for my partner's birthday — 7 of us. We got out with 4 minutes to spare and celebrated in the lobby like we'd actually robbed a bank. Legitimately the most fun I've had on a birthday in years. Already looking at the Haunted Manor for Halloween.

★★★★★

Our company booked three rooms simultaneously for a team of 22. The Vault staff ran it perfectly — the game master updates between rooms kept the competitive energy going. The debrief conversation afterward was surprisingly good for team dynamics. Better than any ropes course we've done.

★★★★★

I've done escape rooms in five cities. The Ancient Temple at Vault is the best room I've ever played. The puzzle design is genuinely original — nothing felt borrowed from another room. We didn't escape (only 22% of groups do) and I left more impressed than if we had.

FAQ

Before you book.

How difficult are the rooms?

Our rooms range from Medium (Bank Heist, Spy Agency) to Hard (Haunted Manor, Prison Break) to Expert (Ancient Temple). The rating reflects average group escape rate. Medium rooms sit at 58–64% — challenging, but most groups get out. Hard rooms run 38–41%. Our one Expert room, Ancient Temple, has a 22% escape rate and is built for players who have found other rooms too easy.

What is the age limit?

All players must be 13 or older. Players 13–17 must be accompanied by an adult in the same booking. We don't recommend our horror-themed room (Haunted Manor) for anyone under 16, as it involves theatrical jump scares and immersive horror elements. The other rooms are appropriate for teens and up.

Can we add more people after we book?

You can add players up to 48 hours before your booking, subject to room capacity limits. Our rooms have hard maximums for the puzzle mechanics to work correctly. If you're unsure about group size, it's always easier to book bigger and reduce than to add people at the last minute.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–72 hours receive a credit valid for 90 days. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with 72+ hours notice, subject to availability. We understand things come up — call us if you have an emergency and we'll do our best to work with you.
