Vault Escape Experiences was founded in 2018 by Marcus and Jen Torres, who had collectively played escape rooms in 22 cities before deciding that Portland deserved a venue with original room designs, professional puzzle engineering, and game masters who actually care.
Every Vault room is designed and built in-house. We don’t license rooms or use cookie-cutter puzzle kits. The Ancient Temple took 14 months to design and build. The Haunted Manor has had three major redesigns since opening because we believe rooms should evolve, not stay static.
