Why It Works
Information is distributed. Coordination is required.
Most team building activities produce performances of collaboration, not real teamwork. When people can opt out of coordination and still complete the activity, they will.
Escape rooms don't give groups that option. Clues are distributed across the room — different people see different information. The room simply won't open unless your team actually communicates.
Behaviors that show up in real work — who delegates, who hoards information, who goes quiet under pressure, who over-leads — show up in the room too. The debrief is where you make them visible and productive.

Our Format
Pre-brief. Rooms. Debrief.
01
Pre-Brief
We frame the session — what to watch for, how to call out discoveries, and what the debrief will focus on. 10 minutes. Sets your team up to extract more from the experience.
02
Room Experience
Your team(s) play the rooms. Game masters monitor, note key moments, and are available for the debrief conversation. Corporate groups get time-extension flexibility on request.
03
Facilitated Debrief
The most important 20–45 minutes of the session. We guide a structured conversation: who led, who listened, what worked, what didn't, and what that means for your team's real work.
